What information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

- the flooring samples you add to your basket and submit for review;
- messages or information you send when contacting us directly; and

How we use your information and our lawful bases
We use personal information for the following purposes:

- to respond to questions, advice requests, or service issues. We generally rely on our legitimate interests in running the business and supporting customers, or on steps taken at your request;
- to keep the site working, prevent misuse, investigate problems, and maintain service records. We generally rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable website; and
- to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, or dispute-handling requirements. We rely on legal obligations where they apply, and on legitimate interests where appropriate.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share relevant information with:
- service providers who help us operate the website and transmit sample requests, including EmailJS for request delivery;
- delivery, fulfilment, or operational partners where this is needed to progress a sample request you have made; and

International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we aim to use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other recognised transfer mechanisms.
How long we keep information
Sample basket information stored in your browser stays there until you clear it, remove the basket, or your browser storage is reset.
Sample request and customer service records are typically retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless we need to keep them longer for legal, complaint-handling, or ongoing customer relationship reasons.

- ask for inaccurate or incomplete information to be corrected;
- ask for information to be deleted in some circumstances;
- ask us to restrict how we use information in some circumstances;
